Indian Tapas : Curry Bowls to Creative Bites
Indian food is infamous for big bowls, copious portions, messy hands and more-than-full stomachs. So I am changing the game! I want people get a taste of healthier home-style Indian cooking, without compromising the best parts - taste & presentation. Think modern Indian hors d'oeuvres. Think flavorful yet sophisticated plates. Think surprise combinations, articulate presentations & homemade simplicity. Think a party with strangers you need to meet.
With a secret tasting menu, you will meet extraordinary people, discover facts about Indian cooking, and soak in spectacular views of Manhattan! Unlike what Indian restaurants offer, my dishes showcases simple home-made food but with bold aromatic spices. I work with veg, chicken & fish and my menus are forever changing....
The mean is BYOB so feel free to bring your poison. For wine lovers, Indian flavors are best paired with Gerwurtzminer / Sauvignon Blanc (White) or Pinot Noir / Zinfandel (Red).
To give you an idea, here are some dishes served in the past. I like to keep the final menu a surprise!
