My good friend Dorit Goshu, an Ethiopian-Israeli, and I will cook for you an Ethiopian feast using Dorit's family recipes. At my Brooklyn table you will enjoy Gomen Wot (collard greens), Misser Wot (split lentils), Atakily Tow (string beans and carrots), Doro Wat (chicken salad), and a crisp green salad. All of this will be served over fresh injera bread in a generous family style meant for sharing. Including one glass of wine so if you’re a drinker, bring your own booze! Eating with your hands is encouraged, but plenty of napkins and silverware will be available as well.
