I have to say that I am a chef as well and I am very picky about my food. The food that Roger served was amazing. Not only the presentation was great, but also each dish I have tried was full of flavor and just perfect. Japanese beer was nice start to a meal and both hosts did their best to make us all happy. The only downfall is that Roger didn't have more time to spend with us talking about his food, but it is understandable since he was preparing the dishes. It is certainly to recommend to anybody who enjoys Japanese flavors. Since he is doing cooking classes as well I will come to renew my sushi knowledge. Thank's again for amazing lunch.

Gracias Roger

Eat with a Japanese food lover

Dakidaya is a new and different concept for a restaurant. This is a "reallity cooking" where diners taste a menu of Japanese food in the house of a high-end chef. A different and intimate experience, only 12 people, one table, and so much more...
