We are English speaking Vietnamese chefs who feel that bringing peaceful to the art of cooking is as important as peaceful when eating and meditating. The energy that you put in to cooking is reflected in the taste and the nourishment of your body when you eat what you cook.

We not only teach you how to cook in the Vietnamese style, we also so you how to use natural, unprocessed, and organic ingredients that are native or unique to Vietnam. Local and seasonal ingredients are always used.

We also teach you how to balance yin and yang in order to create a healthy lifestyle for you. When you have the chance to practice meditation and touching life deeply in every moment, you come to understand yourself and others much more clearly and compassionately.
