Nazareth and her team seemed not to know we had booked the brunch. There was a problem of organisation, but Nazareth didn't apologise for making us wait for quite a long time. She asked a staff member to prepare the coffee and we had no information. We were served food one hour later. The food was really good, communication wasn't basically. Had we known we would just be eating, without information sharing, we'd probably just have gone to an Ethiopian restaurant closer to home. The place and food are great though, Nazareth seems to be a very kind person, who was just too busy on that day - bad luck really.
