I’m giving this a try! I’ve always loved cooking, sharing and meeting new people. I particularly like to bake. I invite you to taste my creations while drinking some coffee, tea or juice.
Here are some dishes I can offer:
Dessert
Choux caramel beurre salé: Cream puffs with salted caramel, a recipe following a MasterClass by pastry chef Michalak. It is one of my go-to recipes.
Mi-cuit apple-pear cake: This cake always brings back childhood memories since my grandmother Lucette used to bake it for me. The apples and pears used for this recipe are from my parents’ garden in Picardie.
Choux pomme tatin: A cream puff with an apple and salted caramel compot served with whipped cream with white chocolate. It’s a new take on the classic tarte tatin!
