Learn how to make Venezuelan corn arepas, a versatile flatbread to put a little South American sunshine in your dinning. Workshop inclusions: -tuition in small group, +arepa: white, yellow or pink arepas (2 colors to be chosen) +filling: Venezuelan black beans or chicken Venezuelan recipe for reina pepiada arepa (1 flavor to be chosen) -food to eat in place (or take home) at the end of the workshop. This is a gluten-free workshop.
Eduardo was a consummate host and the perfect teacher. He explains the recipes, demonstrates the proper techniques and then offers guidance and encouragement as you make your own galettes and crepes. Finally, you get to enjoy not only a sense of accomplishment, but a terrific meal. Highly recommended!

A Fantastic experience! I spent a wonderful time with Gaby and Carlos, learning how to cook arepas and discovering more about Venezuela and its culture.I highly recommend . By the way they let me try their macarons from another cooking atelier and they were delicious too. Bravo!
