Starter Roasted red pepper and walnut dip with mixed green leaf salad and griddled ciabatta Mains Herb stuffed trout in parchment parcels or Broccoli, broad bean and feta risotto cakes New potatoes, wilted spinach and thyme roasted heritage tomatoes Cheeseboard - Local cheeses with seasonal accompaniments Puddings Organic lemon and pistachio torte and Limoncello semifreddo with raspberry coulis (You don’t have to choose between them you can have some of each!)
