You will learn how to make homemade pasta and, if you decide to stay longer, you will visit some hidden Italian restaurants and experience a vineyard tour in “colli bolognesi” where you will meet the producer and try some wine!

Hello, my name is Charlotte or Carlotta as the locals call me here in Benedello. I am a farmer and chef with passion for quality food, from farm to table. 

I have an agriturismo called Due Papaveri with 4 rooms to rent and a restaurant. Living in this place with my partner, 2 cats and 2 dogs, makes me feel very fortunate. We have parmigiano and prosciutto producers in our back garden and we produce balsamic vinegar and a lot of veggie and fruits ourselves, including saffron.

I teach cooking classes for homemade pasta and other Italian dishes. I love to travel and to eat! I swim and practice yoga every morning to live each day to the full. That's why our agriturismo is called Due Papaveri (2 poppy flowers) - to express "carpe diem" in nature.
