I am from Bologna and in my house we have always eaten very good Bolognese food!!

During the week, lunches are spent at the table with my valuable-an invaluable meeting place. We spend the weekends in the countryside in Jano with friends, uncles, cousins, friends of friends, guests, dogs, grandparents, people passing by - the house is always open!

I grew up in the countryside in Jano, and it is here where I learned to handle fire and love doing it. I would like to invite and welcome my guests around the big fireplace and to take a seat at the grand table in the dining room!
