Cooking is Art, I'm a professional chef, I had studied a lot to get that goal, I'm also mooved by Passion.
Since I was young, I used to cook with my grandfather who thaught me that the most important part of cooking is working with the best commodities. I use only bio food and I work with little farmers who love their products and their piece of earth.
At home you'll eat healthy, seasonal and balanced food, tasty and well-done dishes with a good bottle of wine and good music, those are my secrets for happy diners or cooking classes!
I'm half french and half italian (mother thongue french and italian), living in both countries but also in Marocco for 2 years between Marrakech and Essaouira.
Travelling in many countries for food made me extend my culinary culture.
