A word about the experience

I propose to you to make a dinner according to the seasons because I like to cook with seasonal products so that they have the best taste !! That is why I propose a winter menu fro now!
On entry a butternut velouté and his poached egg small crouton with garlic;
In dish of resistance a good beef bourguignon and its steamed apples;
For dessert a brioche way bread and vanilla ice cream …

Do not hesitate to come and have a good time with Sandy and Ludivine …

Je vous propose de vous faire un dîner selon les saisons car j’aime travailler les produits de saison pour qu’ils aient le meilleur goût !!C’est pour ça que je vous propose un menu d’hiver!
En entrée un velouté de butternut et son œuf poché petit croûton à l’ail;
En plat de résistance un bon boeuf bourguignon et ses pommes vapeur;
En dessert une brioche façon pain perdu et sa boule de glace vanille…
