Visit a Cretan Organic Garden and Enjoy a Delicious multi-dish meal
My name is Yiannis (formally Ioannis), I was born in the second largest Greek city, Thessaloniki, but living in Crete all my life.
I began my career in tourism 35 years ago, immediately after graduating from the Higher Education School of professional Tour Guides.
For many years, I revealed to my guests among history and archaeology, the secrets of Cretan Diet, which ensures good health and long life for centuries long.
In the end, I started producing my own ingredients and created my organic farm named “Bostani”. I have learned that the best compost is made of olive leaf and seaweed and that manure of my rabbits and goats can give the best veggies.
Today, ten years later, I am happy to welcome and guide you through my Bostani Bio Farm. At the same time, you can sit down for a multi-dish meal in which everything from the boiled eggs and chicken to the plump tomatoes, honey and wine is produced just meters away.
You can enjoy this tasty and nutritious meal prepared by me and my family.
