Learn how to cook a delicious 4-course Portuguese meal. In capable hands, you’ll spend an evening learning the tips and tools of his trade and, by the end of the class, you'll be fit to recreate an impressive meal for friends and family at home!

The menu consists of seasonal dishes made from fresh and mostly organic ingredients. You will learn how to make the most of seasonal vegetables and fresh meat/fish and how best to enjoy the flavors in each dish.
