Dinner at a Frenchman's home in Sydney

Jean-Marie was lucky to have a mum - who have passed away in April 2022 at the tender age of 102 - and two grandmothers who were exceptional cooks and a great-grandmother who was an excellent gardener and famous for her conserves.
His blog was in part started to document Jean-Marie's abilities to cook for his family and friends, from a simple omelette to a more elaborate dish out of one of his cookbooks, or recreating a recipe from one of his favourite restaurant.

Jean-Marie has been asked over and over about opening a restaurant, but this has always been viewed as too big a task and commitment, so instead and by popular demand, Jean-Marie simply hosts dinners around a French recipe for up to six people.
Chances are the recipes will also carry some fusion influences as Jean-Marie has lived in 5 different countries and visited well over 30 in all continents.
