We will start with a one hour meditation session in my atelier which is a 5-minute walk from my apartment located in the heart of the artistic village of St Paul de Vence. This will be followed by cooking lesson in Ayurvedic cooking (one of the world’s oldest holistic “whole-body” healing systems developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit). You will be learning how to make (and then having for dinner of course) authentic Dal, Aubergine Curry, Mixed Vegetables , Chicken Curry served with Rice or Chapatis and Curd. We’ll finish off with a unique Kheer (rice pudding) dessert.
