We welcome you with a pre-dinner drink - a glass of vermouth, wine, champagne or beer, and three tapas prepared right in front of you that you can sample round the restaurant’s kitchen prep table. These may include some of our favourite tapas such as the refreshing, pureed tomato dish called salmorejo, marinated meats and vegetables, dry- cured sausage, cheese, sardine skewers, foie gras or some amazing tripe Madrid-style. Our excellent selection of red and white wines will join us on the terrace to savour the magnificent views. Among the main courses, we just love salted cod prepared in a variety of ways: confit with salad, cooked Pil-Pil style with garlic and paprika, served with a superb Vizcaína sauce or even Toledo style in delicious almond milk. After that there’s the meat course, which for us has to include Iberian pork – slow-cooked pig wings, caramelised pork cheeks, or some spectacular pigs’ trotters. Our chocolate desserts are not to be missed! Prepare to be amazed by our faultless mousse, exceptional passion fruit sorbet and our outstanding and unique Mazapán deToledo marzipan treats. An unforgettable evening!
Te recibimos con un aperitivo, vermut, vino, champagne o cerveza y tres tapas las cuales se elaboraran delante tuya y que podrás degustar alrededor de la mesa de trabajo de cocina, salmorejos, marinados, embutidos, quesos, espetos, foie grass o unos sublimes callos a la madrileña son nuestras tapas favoritas. Nuestra excelente selección de vinos tintos y blancos nos acompañaran en la terraza con un magnifico entorno, de los principales platos, veneramos el bacalao, el cual le preparamos de diversas maneras, confitado en ensalada, al pil-pil, en una magnifica vizcaína o incluso a la Toledana en una exquisita leche de almendras. Continuaremos con un segundo de carne, donde principalmente nos inclinamos por una de cerdo ibérico, pluma a baja temperatura, carrillera caramelizada o unas espectaculares manitas. En nuestros postres no puede faltar el chocolate, te sorprenderá nuestra magnifica mousee, no olvidaremos el sorbete de maracuya y no faltará el excelente y único mazapán de Toledo… ¿ y un gin-tonic?
