A classic in the confectioned Portuguese gastronomy, made from shreds of salted cod (bacalhau), onions and thinly chopped (matchstick-sized) fried potatoes.
Is a traditional Portuguese dish. It can literally be translated to “duck rice”. The recipe is typical of the region of Alentejo, but it has a special twist by Marta.
It's a perfect marriage of flavors: Sheep's curd fresh cheese filled with pumpkin jam. If you want, there's also coffee (expresso).
