A Taste of Spain

I have lived in Singapore for most part of my life, and I have an ardent interest in food. Most people have very unique hobbies, but I have a prevalent hobby, which is cooking and being a foodie. However, despite this hobby being ordinary, I seek to gain new and old experiences whilst on my quest of eating the world. I dislike to eat out of convenience and I do like to visit past experiences, going back to places that I have frequented as a child and young teen.

I love to recreate dishes that I have tasted on my food quests, and I am someone who enjoys travelling to different markets and shops within Singapore to buy the ingredients (freshest and most befitting) that I need to make my dish. I tend to explore a little with my cooking styles, as I try to take on cooking Chinese, Local Singaporean, Spanish, Italian and even Eurasian dishes.

I love to meet people who have a lifelong enthusiasm in trying all sorts of food, and people who can have good conversations over a nice cold glass of Stout. :)
