Manuel and Jelena have centered this 3-course meal around codfish and Port wine; traditional Portuguese dish and drink.

The evening will combine food and history; while enjoying the flavours of Portuguese cuisine in their cosy home, you'll learn about how cod became central to the Portuguese diet and some key facts about Port. They'll also crack open a nice bottle of vinho verde and tell you everything about green wine!

We are a Portuguese/Serbian couple, completely in love with this wonderful city (a heaven for architects and urban historians!) and with the entire Portuguese north, its climate, landscapes and the most diverse gastronomy one can imagine (the Mediterranean diet is just one of its components).

We are passionate travelers, urban wanderers and nature lovers. 
Being the "convívios" an important part of Portuguese life, we often have friends over at our place: either cooking together, or simply gathering around the table, sharing a good meal and toasting to yet another heartwarming experience. So, the kitchen and the dining area are definitely the heart and soul of our home!
