Hello! My name is Tatiana. Welcome to my page and I believe that soon we will meet at my home to eat and drink something special, laugh, share and enjoy the time together!
After working in the kitchen of a Michelin-starred restaurant of Campania, I decided to apply my knowledge of the local products and the culinary art I admired during my working experience, in the warm environment of my own place. I am as well a certificated Sommelier (FISAR). I adore to cook in a healthy way using fresh organic ingredients from the area. Hobbies: I am a fan of running, doing pilates and snowboarding. I love to go to the forest and pick up mushrooms, berries and aromatic herbs.
You are welcomed in my home!

Dopo aver lavorato nella cucina di un ristorante stellato in Campania, ho deciso di trasferire le mie conoscenze delle materie prime e l'arte culinaria che ho ammirato durante la mia esperienza lavorativa, nel ambiante caldo della mia casa. Sono anche un Sommelier certificato (FISAR). Adoro mangiare e cucinare in modo sano utilizzando prodotti freschi ed organici, a km 0. Hobby: mi piace correre, fare pilates e lo snowboard. Adoro andare a caccia di funghi e raccogliere le fragoline ed erbe aromatiche nel bosco.

Привет! После уникального опыта работы в одном из лучших ресторанов региона Кампания, обладателей двух звёзд Мишлен, я решила перенести мои знания местных продуктов и рецептов, полученные на работе, в родные стены своего дома.
Я также являюсь сертифицированным сомелье (FISAR), очень люблю есть, пить и принимать гостей! Готовлю постоянно, используя свежайшие органические продукты, которые покупаю на рынке возле дома, а произрастает всё здесь же, как говорится, в доступности одного километра.
Увлечения: большой поклонник спорта: бег, пилатес, сноуборд, которые помогают вовремя сжигать всё наеденное и выпитое:) Люблю ходить в лес за грибами, собирать ягоды и душистые травы.
