I discovered my passion for food when I was 15 years old, watching my mother and grandmother transform produce from the garden into simple yet delicious dishes. They passed their recipes onto me, along with a few tips and tricks, and a joy for sharing meals around the table. This is the rich heritage I in turn wish to bring to my guests. I can’t wait to help you discover my country’s specialities!

Very authentic experience. I enjoyed the vibe at Odile’s place. I appreciated that she organised a pastry class just for me, and we even made two kind of soufflés, which are both divine! Only I wished if we had more time for tea.
