I am a chef from india although have traveled across Europe to explore the food, i love cooking cuisines all round the world. although i have some personal preferences and specialities. they are mostly not the typical restaurant food but much more authentic and specific. so yes as a chef i am  much dynamic in the cuisines i can offer in your plate from asian , indian to european. as a chef I worked in hotel and restaurants in India , got to learn from the pioneer institute of  paul bocuse and more importantly traveled to different parts of India to explore and cook their regional and unexplored food. There is much more to Indian cuisine than curry and here I am to take you to a delectable trip to India and world through my plate.


Jeg er en kokk fra India, selv om jeg har reist over hele Europa for å utforske maten, jeg elsker å lage mat i kinesisk og Sørøst asiatisk mat, ikke den typiske restauranten mat, men mye mer autentisk og spesifikk. Så ja som kokk jeg er veldig dynamisk i kjøkkenene jeg kan tilby i tallerkenen din fra asiatisk, indisk til europeisk. Som kokk jobbet jeg på hotell og restauranter i India, lærte fra pionerinstituttet i Paul Bocuse og enda viktigere reist til forskjellige deler av India for å utforske og lage mat på deres regionale og uutforskede mat.
