A word about the experience
Learn how to cook traditional Cretan dishes in an outdoor kitchen with a wood-oven using the host's homegrown vegetables and olive oil, then sit down for a typical Cretan dinner!
• Cook and taste a variety of local pies, traditional Greek appetizers, main dishes and desserts • Raki and local wines and liqueurs are included • Communal cooking class and dinner for 2 to 10 people • Don't miss the host's multi-level garden where she raises animals and grows fruits and vegetables
About your host, Androniki: "I've been cooking in Loutra for my family and friends for many years, and my husband grows our vegetables and fruits. We take care of our land, produce our own olive oil and love cooking, tasting and sharing the magic of traditional Cretan cuisine with our guests!"

Sfakianes pites Pies with home made cheese. Sfakia specialty (Sfakia is a village on the Cretan mountain) (we will prepare it together)
APPETIZER
Home made cheese Homemade cheese with fresh milk from sheep and goats (we will prepare it together)
Tzatziki Strained yogurt, cucumber, garlic and olive oil (we will prepare it together)
Greek salad Greek salad with home made barley rusk, tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, onion, caper, kritamo, olives, and off course enough olive oil.
Pepper stuffed with cheeses Pepper stuffed with feta, home made cheese, kefalotiri baked in the wood oven
Dolmadakia Stuffed vine leaves, zucchini flowers with rice, vegetables, herbs and olive oil (we will prepare it together)
Keftedakia Fried meatballs (we will prepare it together)
MAIN DISHES
Moussaka The famous Greek dish (potatoes, zucchini, aubergines, minced meat in tomatoes sauce, béchamel) in the wood oven (we will prepare it together)
