The best word to describe Sandra's cooking class is generosity: generosity with the ingredients, the knowledge, the passion for perfect ingredients, the laughter, and the joy! Everything happens in her kitchen (where, as you know, the best conversations always take place!) and her way to explain is so clear that you will for sure be able to replicate everything at home.

Many thanks for the lovely cooking and eating last week. We really enjoyed meeting you and preparing and eating the food! The other guests were really interesting too and it was a very enjoyable evening. It’s the first time that we have tried cooking in someone else’s kitchen and thought that it worked very well. You had organised everything very well and helped us all learn a lot about Roman cooking. Many thanks again and best of luck with your cooking enterprises.
