I always use the same setup when having a party or gathering, and that is that I get a lot of plantbased and healthy ingredients, and a basic plan what to cook. But then the guests, at least the ones that come early, are invited to help out with the cooking, either based on my directions or using their own ideas. But plantbased and healthy, 'green and lean', is a requirement.
