Slow-belly pork typical of Cádiz served with salt and lemon.
Spanish cheese original from Sierra de Grazalema mountain range (Cádiz)
Croquetas de puchero
Breadcrumbed and fried roll made with "puchero" (andalusian broth) and bechamel. Served with peppermint's mayonnaise.
Cold purée, original from Córdoba, made of tomatoes, bread, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Served with iberian crispy ham.
Spanish pork cheeks elaborated with touches of apple, cinnamon and honey.
To end up...
Arroz con leche
Rice pudding typical of Andalusia with cinnamon and lemon flavour.
