SCOTT & I had a great time roaming around Triana with Fillippo! He was such a great host and very knowledgeable of the area-history & wine! We enjoyed trying to communicate with our Italian couple with our tour as well. Great cultural experience and would recommend to anyone wanting to get a little culture without all the tourists stuff (well a little less than other tours)! Thanks for the great experience! Although there were some good aspects of this experience, I cannot recommend it because the listing does not honestly represent what is offered. The host, Mahsa, accepts the reservations via eatwith, and then hires other people to be the "guides" which explains the variation in reviews you see from other people here. We got lucky, and the best part of our experience was our guide, who was a local, and the actual flamenco dancer who performed for us. I gave this experience 4 stars for atmosphere, because our guide worked hard for us. She took us on a short walking tour, then two different places for drinks and tapas, and then to a third for more tapas and a small flamenco show in a back room of the restaurant. The flamenco show was very sincere and had a full compliment of 2 dancers, guitar player and singer, who played a variety of flamenco styles. Throughout the evening our guide encouraged us to ask questions and was a very gracious host, making sure food was OK for several people with allergies in the group. I gave 3 stars for the quality of the tapas because they were about on par with what we got at other places, but nothing really special or memorable. I gave 3 stars for value for money because you can get an equivalent experience for less money through other services and it's unsure who you'll get as your guide if you sign up for this experience.

Great experience and lot's of fun. Enjoyed the local tapas bars and the local flamenco venue. Kati was an excellent guide and provided real insights into the history and practice of flamenco. Good food and excellent show. Would highly recommend.
