Be a "Bento" Expert

This class is mainly a demonstration of my Japanese Cuisine know-how. After technical explanations, I’ll start to cook and show you how to proceed. Then you will participate with me in order to create a splendid dish! The class will last more or less 2h30.

Located in a charming neighborhood called Yanaka, next to Ueno, a cozy area in my hometown. It's a calm, quiet, authentic Japanese neighborhood that you are sure to love! I can’t wait to host you in my freshly renovated kitchen. You’re more than welcome!

*If you are familly (3 - 4 people), please contact me! I can do that :)
*Vegetarian and/or vegan people are also welcome! I will prepare tofu for your main!

And please advise me ahead of time of any food allergies or other dietary restrictions you have.

If someone want to do a lesson in the evening instead, depending on the day, I can sometimes host from 17:30 to 20:00. So please ask me :)

My name is Tomok. I lived in Paris, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Tours for work. Nowadays, I am back in Tokyo and I decided to work free-lance. I am a Fusion chef at home, and I also do other activities.
