A word about the experience
A typical lesson goes something like this: we spend a couple of hours preparing, cooking, and learning about the dishes and the techniques used. I start by taking you through the ingredients, explaining the origin of each of them and the history of each recipe. I enjoy the variety of Italian regional cuisine and I would love to share my knowledge with you! Then, we sit down to your very own home-cooked meal with a good bottle of wine. This is a great way for people to get a taste of the real Italian culture when visiting Rome, and learn how to make some authentic Italian dishes and bring these skills back home! Ciao!
