Either a selection of ham, salami and cheeses from the local market with bruschetta, or for a more Scandinavian twist, our take on salmon rillettes. Always served with our own freshly made bread.

Homemade pasta, risotto, or soup
For instance: homemade ravioli with salmon, a risotto with local mushrooms and pancetta, or perhaps our roasted butternut squash soup.
Secondi Piatti
Meat/fish/vegetables
During the summer, this will mostly be a combination of meat, fish and vegetables cooked on the barbecue and enjoyed in our garden. We also make traditional Italian dishes such as porchetta and osso bucco.

Leave a bit of space for a delicious dessert. We serve a local delicacy with a twist.
