About your host, Axel: "We love to cook food from all over the world, especially Italian food, and use the freshest ingredients from local markets. I love wine and completed the 2-year Diploma in Wine from WSET in London. Summertime is barbecue time and when the weather permits we'll sit in our garden!"

To start Either a selection of ham, salami and cheeses from the local market with bruschetta, or for a more Scandinavian twist, our take on salmon rillettes. Always served with our own freshly made bread.

Homemade pasta, risotto, or soup For instance: homemade ravioli with salmon, a risotto with local mushrooms and pancetta, or perhaps our roasted butternut squash soup.

Meat/fish/vegetables During the summer, this will mostly be a combination of meat, fish and vegetables cooked on the barbecue and enjoyed in our garden. We also make traditional Italian dishes such as porchetta and osso bucco.
