A modern Sicilian gastronomic experience in Palermo

After a ride to the market, jump into the kitchen to eat comfortably at the table!  We begin our experience in the alleys of the historical market of Vucciria and after a good coffee we will go shopping for what is then served for lunch! We will cook together and discover the secrets of traditional dishes by revisiting them. Obviously then we will sit at the table and eat our courses!
