Omakase (Japanese: お任せ, Hepburn: o-makase) is an expression that means "I leave it in your hands", to indicate that the guest leaves the chef free to cook.

It is a taste tour, where you will experience the combination of different dishes and flavors that create a more unique taste experience in your life.

During this surprise dinner at my house located in the Gothic Quarter, you will take advantage of more than eight recipes, from raw sashimi to cooked dishes, all always accompanied by  free flow of good wine. The menu depends on the season and the availability of the market, since all the products are fresh. However, each menu includes both fish/seafood and meat recipes.

Hi, my name is Peter Vivant. I had a restaurant called Nomm but it was forced to close down because of COVID.

I miss cooking for people and was an Eatwith host for a few years before opening Nomm - now I'm back! 
I'd love you to come round, eat with me and for us to share our stories and have a laugh. You'll explore the wonderful world of Asian cuisine as well as some Catalan influenced dishes.
