Hello to all!  

I am an eco-responsable private chef living and operating out of Boulogne-Billancourt with my four legged second in command, Raisin.  Raisin is a 5th generation champion bernese mountain dog, responsible for pulling our cart of ingredients from the market to your home.  Together we aim to transform as many private kitchens into eco-responsable works of art through our delicious cooking.  The more we cook for you, the more efficient your kitchen becomes! I joined Eatwith because my life revolves around food, and more importantly, the bonds it creates between people.  For me there is no greater joy than eating a meal with friends and family.  I also joined because after a good run as a chef in the restaurant world, I know that private cooking is the best way to reduce waste, lessen the demand on our planet's resources and heal our bodies and minds.  I believe food should be kept close to home, made in small quantities and with a minimal amount of ingredients and manipulation.
