Meet Manuel
I am a professional chef trained in both my hometown Guadalajara Mexico and in London England, where I spent a semester as part of a student and work exchange program. My professional experience is varied. I consider the highlight to be my stint as the head chef at Cochon: a French fusion restaurant in Guadalajara, Mexico. My love and passion for food comes from my family legacy. I come from a big family full of great cooks and our family reunions centred around the kitchen: cooking, drinking and sharing recipes. I have recently moved to Toronto and I can’t wait to share my love for cooking.

Great location near the happening part of Roncy. Manuel and Byron were attentive and gracious hosts. We went with another couple and dynamics made for some interesting dinner conversation. You typically cannot have an equivalent culinary experience at a restaurant.

My 3 friends and I really enjoyed our first EatWith experience. The Ceviche Trios were so fresh, delicious, flavourful, and in good portions. It was a light but satisfying & filling meal, with great company. Manuel and Byron were amazing hosts. Both were very welcoming, friendly and engaging. Highly recommend!
