Meet Mark
I am a graduate with honors from the Culinary Institute of America, as well as a former instructor. I've been cooking around the world for more than 30 years, including apprenticeships in two, three-star, Michelin Guide restaurants in France; L'Aubergade in Pontchartrain and Clos Longchamps in Paris. Additionally, I've lived and worked all over the United States; New York City, Seattle, Berkeley, San Francisco, Portland-OR, and Chicago. I was the Test Kitchen Chef at the Chicago Tribune and still work there on a free-lance basis.
