Do you want to learn how to prepare my tasty traditional homemade tiramisù from scratch? 

I will teach you my special sugar-free recipe that I have studied over the years, a wise combination of taste and texture for a special tiramisù that will leave you speechless.

We’ll prepare firstly the perfect Italian coffee, following the tips that my Granny shared with me. Then we'll bake a special sponge cake from scratch. After that, I'll share with you all the secrets for having the softest tiramisù cream ever and finally will combine them all together.

Last but not least, at the end of our cooking class, we are going to eat our Tiramisù with a glass of a local Spumante.
