Made with fresh and seasonal products, this menu was conceived to show the harmonious balance and the powerful taste from the combination of this two cultures. The catalan Chef Alex López and the japanese Chef Reiko, will surprise you with this unique experience.

The millenary Mediterranean and Japanese techniques are crossed to create recipes like the “Xató Temaki”, the traditional cone-shaped piece of nori on the outside and the catalan Xató sauce spilling over cod fish.
