"Welcome to our family country house in Puglia! Our motto is "Sharing is living" that's why you will feel at home and part of our family from the moment you'll step in.  

We will stroll through our olive groves, from which we produce our delicious oil, and of course we will taste it on special bread that I personally prepare using ancient flours and a 20-year-old yeast starter (lievito madre). 

We will continue by visiting our garden and harvesting some fresh vegetables to prepare our 100% local Apericena! 
Do you ever tried Orecchiette or Cavatelli? Get ready to taste some authentic pasta from Puglia prepared with ancient flours and served with our homemade delicious sauce, all accompanied by a degustation of our craft beer, local wines, sangria, good music and a friendly atmosphere!

My love for food goes back to my childhood, when smells of the traditional cuisine of the grandmother delighted my sense of smell. 

I'll never forget the winter Sundays when the aroma of the ragout filled the house, or the Pasta al Forno-recently baked and still smoking with crunchy bits of maccheroni on top... and my cousins and I would always get in trouble for stealing a few bites :)

This mix of flavors, tastes, emotions and memories has made my passion for cooking emerge, and I think that Eatwith allows those like myself to put in practice this passion, even with few resources. I also have a deep affection for traveling, and I use my trips as an opportunity to research new flavors and spices such as cinnamon, curcuma and ginger. They not only combine well with traditional Italian food, but are also extremely beneficial for one’s health!
