I am an American-Italian, living in Rome and I am a crazy food person! I love to create that perfect bite that excites & teases the palette, my mission is to combine classic Italian ingredients while bringing a bit of fun and whimsy to the plate. 
Eating is an adventure best enjoyed when shared amongst new friends. I present my personal style through my quirky artful food and table presentations.
I love pickling vegetables and experimenting with authentic herbs and spices. Italy offers a variety of locally grown vegetables which inspires me to create new flavors while pickling. I welcome everyone from all around the world in my Roman house to have a nice dining experience.
