בזכרונותי מילדותי תמיד רואה את אימי מארחת את המשפחה וחברים לארוחות מוגשות בהקפדה על כל כללי הטקס ובודאי בטעמים ובניחוחות מופלאים.

ברבות השנים גם אני, כאמא לשני זוגות תאומים, מוקפת משפחה גדולה וחברים רבים, גיליתי שאחת מהנאותי הגדולות היא לפנק את אורחי.

לפני כעשר שנים יצאתי למסע קולינארי שתחילתו אצל ועם מיטב השפים בתל אביב והמשכו במעבר לשלוש שנים בצרפת במטבחים של שפים גדולים מעוטרי כוכבי מישלן אשר פתחו בפני את כל רזי הבישול המורכב, המוקפד, היצירתי והמעודן.
בנינו את ביתנו ברמת השרון במחשבה על אירוח ובאווירה אירופאית אלגנטית ומאוד חמה ובו אני מעבירה מזה שנים סדנאות  בישול וארוחות בהשראת המסעדות
 הגסטרונומיות הצרפתיות בהן למדתי.

דני בעלי ואני אוהבים לארח, להכיר אנשים חדשים ונרגשים בכל פעם מחדש מנתינה של חוויה מיוחדת ושלמה לכל החושים.

Some of my most vivid childhood memories include flavorful scents filling our home while watching my mother host elaborate dinner parties for our family and friends. The importance of etiquette was instilled in me at an early age, and today, as a mother of two sets of twins and a house full of family and friends, I've discovered that one of my greatest pleasures lies in indulging our guests. 
My culinary journey began approximately one decade ago, when I trained and worked with Tel Aviv's most renowned chefs, and continued to a three year expedition in the French Alps, where I acquired my training alongside Michelin starred chefs, learning the ins and outs of the meticulous, creative, and refined French cuisine.
My husband, Danny, and I built and designed our home in Ramat Hasharon while keeping in mind our passion for entertaining in an elegant, European manner, as well ensuring I would be able to host cooking workshops inspired by the French restaurants where I had worked. One of our true joys in life are meeting new people, and we are delighted each and every time by the opportunity of creating a feast for the senses.
