The Jerusalem market is a fascinating cultural meeting place.  During weekdays, the market is full of eateries where you can feast on savory stew on cold wintery days.  At night, the market transforms into a festive celebration full of tiny little pop up restaurants and bars.
Let me bring the taste and atmosphere of my hometown of Jerusalem and its vibrant food markets to you.

A fish dish prepared in tomato sauce, hot peppers and other spices. Traditional to Israeli Jews of North African origin.

Chraime: white fish in spicy tomato sauce

If you want to say "I love you "with food,  you make what is known as “Memulaim.” Taking fresh vegetables making a hole in them to create a space for a tasty filling and braising them in liquid.
Served with seasonal assortment of Israeli salads

Malabi: Creamy milk-based pudding made with rose water. It's one of the most popular desserts across the Middle East.
