What to expect

Our family had a wonderful birthday celebration with Maddine and Joe. The food was terrific (the homemade pasta was amazing!) and we enjoyed getting to know our hosts. We highly recommend this experience to all!
This was our first Eat With experience and it may be impossible to top! Maddine was a gracious host who shared her precious stock of wine and olive oil from her stays in Italy with complete strangers. Only someone that caring and thoughtful could create such a masterpiece of a dinner. Not only were the 3 courses divine, but the environment and her warm ease with conversation made you feel like you were at home with well known friends. We could not speak more highly of this adventure, and hope you choose to take a food tour of Italy while visiting (or living in) in NYC!
Had dinner for my grown children in the city with Maddine. Maddine was a wonderful hostess. The food and wine were great. The location was very convenient. All a great experience for us. Restaurants are so uninteresting, no warmth, bla. This was just a totally enjoyable evening. Thanks, Maddine.
The evening was special- good company and delicious food. Maddine (Joe was away) is enthusiastic and involved, and she introduced every dish, beginning with yummy homemade pasta. All the dishes are prepared specially with authentic ingredients from places in Italy- the olive oil, the capers, the pastacio paste from Bronte-to name a few. The courses were paired with excellent wine. I would definitely book this again.
