Our dishes will make travel your taste buds, with my partner and I, through our origins. We cook traditional plates from our family recipes, using organic and typical seasonal products, and we accompany our meals with homemade bread. We don't love just food but wines as well and we combine with wine from selected wine labels plus still and sparkling water. Take all this, mix it with a design apartment with a big patio (we eat outside when the weather is nice) + fun + good music + nice talks and you will have your perfect special dining experience, utterly delicious!
After welcoming you with some bubbles we will start with an appetizer among this: Quenelle of sicilian ricotta cheese Piedmont formaggetta cheese with “cognà”, a typical grape mustard Homemade sundried Pachino cherry tomatoes Marinated tuna bottarga (tuna eggs) Beef tartare (we serve just selected Fassona beef, strictly from Piedmont) Spinach pie
Than a main course with a side dish (salad or veggies) could be: Risotto with Castelmagno, a prestigious Piedmont cheese Risotto with topinambur, the Jerusalem artichoke Homemade agnolotti, ravioli dressed with sage and butter or lamb ragout or "drowned" in red wine Pasta alla Norma, typical Sicilian recipe with eggplants, salted ricotta cheese and tomatoes Pasta con le sarde, spaghetti with pilchards, pine nuts, wild fennel, raisin and bread crumbs Rabbit “a stimpirata”, braised sweet and sour rabbit with crunchy vegetables, olives, capers and mint Fresh anchovies sautée
And finally a delicious homemade dessert will pamper your palates! You know...when it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile. Italian espresso coffee for everybody!
