Meet Esther
I have been passionate about food ever since my childhood. At the age of 21, I opened my own breakfast and lunch place in Amsterdam in the up and coming Jordaan area. After working in fashion and finance, my passion for food was calling again. Only this time, I wanted to refine my culinary skills to a master chef level. In 2008 I graduated with a Grand Diplome from Le Cordon Blue in Marylebone, London. After graduation I worked as a chocolatier at Paul A. Young, one of the UK´s foremost chocolatiers. And worked at several Michelin starred restaurants Furthermore, I have traveled a lot for food inspiration. I love going to local markets and learning from the local chefs and sharing recipe ideas
