שמי ליאור משיח, אני שף קונדיטורית ואופה. בשנים האחרונות למדתי ועבדתי במקומות שונים בעולם, ביניהם במסעדות כמו ״רפאל״, ״פרונטו״, ״נומה״ ועוד. את האהבה לשמרים, גיליתי במקרה. יצא לי לעבוד עם אופים מחוננים, לשאול המון שאלות, לעשות המון ניסיונות, וכתוצאה מכך גם נסעתי ללמוד על אפיית לחמים בניו יורק. אין כמו לגעת בבצק. זה משהו כל כך בסיסי, וזה מקרב אותנו לעצמנו ולאנשים סביבנו. יוצא לי לדבר עם הרבה אנשים שמפחדים להתעסק בשמרים ובלחמים.

My name is Lior Mashiach, I'm a Pastry chef and a baker. In the past few years I studied and worked all over the world, including restaurants like "Refael", "pronto", "Noma", etc. I fell in love with bread baking by accident, as it was one of my tasks at my very first job. I had the opportunity to learn from some of the most amazing bakers, and later on I studied professional bread baking in New York. I love bread and just working with dough, and I've noticed a lot of people are very intimidated by it.
