Spanish hands-on cooking class with dinner
A word about the experience
In our kitchen the local gastronomy is accessible to anyone! Our hands-on cooking classes will help you understand the culinary wealth of Spain.
Our kitchen is located in the Triana market, the perfect place to buy fresh & local ingredients.
Our workshops last about 3 hours and our professional Chef will teach you how to cook traditional meals. The classes are very entertaining !
We will prepare sangria for the group so that you get to know each other. Olives are always on the table as a snack.
The menu will be:
- Starter: Salmorejo, thick tomato and bread cream served cold and garnished with dices of Iberian ham and hard-boiled eggs or Gazpacho when it gets hot in summer
- Tapa, that could be: Spinach with chickpeas, a very typical Sevillian tapa or the famous tortilla de patatas (spanish potato omellete)
- Paella Valenciana will be our main course
- Dessert
We will also offer 2 drinks (beer or glass of wine) during the meal.
One back home, you will be able to practice what you learnt. We will give you a note with all the recipes...
