A word about the menu

Inspired by Syrian original recipes, the menu adds a chic touch to traditional Arabic dishes. We enjoy cooking, so we might change the menu. Like this, every meal is also a different memory!
Here are some options. If you have preference for any of the dishes, just let us know!
STARTERS: Hummus, Mutabal (grilled eggplants with yogurt tahini and garlic), Babaghanouj (grilled eggplants with veggies onions and pomegranate sauce), Shanklish (dried cheese with tomatoes and onions), Kibbet potatoes, Grilled cheese, Muhammara (red pepper with walnuts onions and crashed bread) , Chicken rolls, Veggies rolls.
SALADS: Tabbouleh, Fattouch, Cabbage salad, Rocket salad with sumac.
MAIN COURSES: Chicken or meat Makloubeh (rice and eggplants served with yogurt), Meloukhiyeh (Jews mallows leaves cooked with meat or chicken lemon garlic and served with rice), Djaj bel forn (chicken cooked in the oven with potatoes and Rosemary.
** Vegetarian options: Burgul bel khodra (grained wheat cooked with green beans and zucchini) or Mjadarah (grained wheat cooked with lentils and fired onions) served with yogurt and cucumbers salad.
DESSERTS: Halwa smeed (Semola with milk rosewater orange blossom and pistachio), Rez bel Haleeb (Rice with milk cooked with rosewater and served cold).
DRINKS: We will serve half bottle of wine per person and water, nevertheless you can bring your own wine with you if you like.

Inspirado en las recetas originales sirias, el menú recupera platos tradicionales árabes y les agrega un toque chic. Para disfrutar de la cocina, vamos variando los platos del menú. Así, ¡cada cena es también un recuerdo diferente!
Estos son algunas opciones. Si tenéis preferencia por alguno de los platos, ¡no dudéis en avisarnos!
ENTRANTES: Hummus, Mutabal (berenjenas asadas con yogurt, Tahini y ajo), Babaghanouj (berenjenas asadas con vegetales, cebollas y salsa de granada), Shanklish (queso seco con tomates y cebolla), Patatas Kibbet, Queso a la parilla, Muhammara (pimientos rojo con nueces, cebollas y migas de pan), Rollos de pollo, Rollos vegetales.
ENSALADAS: Tabbouleh, Fattouch, Ensalada de col, Ensalada de rúcula con zumaque.
PLATOS PRINCIPALES: Makloubeh (arroz con berenjenas y yogurt) con pollo o carne, Meloukhiyeh (hojas de malva cocinadas con carne o pollo, limón, ajo y servidas con arroz), Djaj bel forn (pollo al horno con patatas y romero).
**Las opciones vegetarianas son: Burgul bel khodra (granos de trigo cocinados con guisantes verdes y calabacín), Mjadarah (granos de trigo con lentejas y cebollas) servido con salsa de yogurt y ensalada de pepino.
POSTRES: Halwa smeed (sémola con leche, agua de rosas, azahar y pistacho), Rez bel Haleeb (Arroz con leche cocinado con agua de rosas)
BEBIDAS: Serviremos media botella de vino por persona y agua, pero podéis traer más bebidas y así lo preferís.
