From caprese salad, to homemade carbonara, saltimbocca and panacotta, you will try the some of the most traditional and delicious Italian dishes.

My name is Stefano and I was born in Rome.
I have worked in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years divided between London and Dubai.
I recently moved back to Rome and would like to share my passion for all the Roman things (including the food) with guests from all over the world.
The idea of meeting international people and cooking them yummy,  healthy and traditional Italian food really excited me.
I love entertaining people and enjoying life and I believe this makes me a perfect host!!!
