A staple in all filipino households: chicken and pork braised in a tangy sauce of soy and vinegar. Served with rice.

Oodles of Noodles

Otherwise known as Pancit - thin vermicelli rice noodles stir fried with vegetables

Third Course

The Sweetest Ending

Turon - sweet plantain and jackfruit in eggroll paper and fried to a crisp.

What to expect

Unbelievable! Diana is not only an amazing chef, she's charming and approachable. The food was delicious, the venue was beautiful and we learned a lot! Could not recommend enough - this is a must do if in NYC!
The meal and experience were each amazing!! The food seemed simple enough to try at home, and Diana gave us a wonderfully detailed recipe of the most complicated of the dishes. Though I typically buy and use Barilla pasta, I have never used their sauces. I learned a lot as well about Barilla's new sauces which I would try now at home. Diana's energy and humor made us feel as if we were home at dinner with a room of friends. We had the most amazing time.
Food was amazing, Diana was full of knowledge, fun trivia, and had a great time.
Everything suck! If she is not ready to be a host, don’t try to be. At this price tag, we can easily have fine dining in Manhattan.
